His family was told that Steven had little chance of surviving and that doctors believed he had no brain activity. Despite the devastating prognosis, his loved ones refused to give up hope. His sister Michelle began documenting his condition and recovery on social media, sharing the difficult journey as he slowly began reaching milestones that once seemed impossible.<\/p>\n
But the story took an extraordinary turn. After weeks in a coma, Steven regained consciousness and eventually began learning to sit, walk and live independently again. In a later update, he revealed that he is now working again, has a small child and is \u201cliving life to the fullest.\u201d His recovery shocked his family and became a powerful reminder of just how unpredictable a severe infection can be.
