In July 2019, three Ontario teenagers—Aeron McQuillin, 18, Bailey Campbell, 17, and Billy Tarbett, 15—were returning from a swim when they spotted a woman stranded beside her smoking Chevrolet Cobalt. Unable to afford a tow truck, she was left with few options, so the boys decided to help. For about two and a half hours, they pushed the car nearly 7 kilometers, even struggling up a steep hill and continuing after the battery died, while a driver followed behind with hazard lights. They finally left the car safely outside the woman’s home around 4 a.m., with Billy simply explaining that they “really wanted to help her.”…
