Her parents were shocked because routine scans had not detected it, but after diagnosis and surgery, they shared Ayla’s journey online. Her distinctive smile captured millions of viewers, with one TikTok video reaching more than 47 million views, while her family used her story to promote kindness, acceptance, and awareness despite some cruel comments.
