In a tragic incident in Fremont, California, an attempted home invasion on San Pedro Drive turned deadly when two armed teenagers forced their way into an apartment and attacked the residents. During the ensuing violent confrontation, one of the occupants managed to disarm one of the suspects and open fire, fatally wounding the teen, while two residents sustained non-life-threatening injuries and the second suspect initially escaped before being identified by authorities.
