Chris Hemsworth Issues Emotional Health Update: ‘I’m Not Going To Be Here Forever’

Chris Hemsworth, 42, has opened up about his health after genetic testing revealed he carries two copies of the **APOE4 gene**, one from each parent, which significantly increases his risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. Hemsworth stressed that he **does not have Alzheimer’s or dementia**, but said the discovery prompted him to rethink his fitness, career and family priorities, adopt a more balanced approach to wellbeing, and focus more on long-term health and spending time with his loved ones.
