A New York homeowner who watched live security footage of two people allegedly breaking into his property on Oneill Road in Richmond rushed to the scene while staying on the phone with 911. Armed with a shotgun, he confronted the suspects and fired at the tires of their vehicle, preventing them from leaving. One suspect then called 911 and said they would surrender peacefully. Deputies arrested Alexandria Mosher, 19, and Dominick Wood, 22, who were charged with second-degree burglary after allegedly being found with property from the home; the homeowner was not charged.
