A 102-year-old great-grandfather has died after being pushed off a pub stage in Cwmbran, South Wales, simply for asking for the music to be turned down.
Phillip Ormerod, a beloved regular who lived independently despite having dementia, was allegedly shoved from the elevated stage at the Crow’s Nest pub on August 1. The hard fall cleared the steps and broke his hip, leading to his hospitalization in severe pain before he succumbed to his injuries a week and a half later.
